Conference fees

  • Standard fee: 400 euros or 8400 Mexican pesos. Includes conference, workshop, hackathon, lunch, cocktail and gala dinner.
  • Student fee: 25 euros or 500 Mexican pesos. Includes conference and workshop.
  • Student fee: 35 euros or 700 Mexican pesos. Includes conference, workshop and hackathon.
  • Second author fee: 280 euros or 5880 Mexican pesos. Includes conference, workshop, hackathon, lunch, cocktail and gala dinner.

How to register

Welcome to the registration page for UDMS 2017! Please have a look at the diagram below to find out what to do and how much you need to pay.

Step 1: Scholarship application (optional)

If you are a young researcher or professor, you can apply for a scholarship of an 80%, 50%, or 30% reduction of the standard fee. If you are a student, you can apply for a 100% scholarship (no fee) for the conference and workshop. If you are a co-author of an accepted paper and one of your co-authors has already paid the standard fee, you can directly have a 30% reduction on the standard fee. Read more here.

Step 2: Payment

Pay the appropriate conference fee listed below. Note that the hackathon and the FIWARE workshop are limited to 54 places.

  • Standard fee: 400 euros or 8400 Mexican pesos. Includes conference, workshop, hackathon, lunch, cocktail and gala dinner.
  • Second author fee: 280 euros or 5880 Mexican pesos. Includes conference, workshop, hackathon, lunch, cocktail and gala dinner.
  • Standard fee with 80% scholarship: 80 euros or 1680 pesos. Includes conference, workshop, hackathon, lunch and cocktail.
  • Standard fee with 50% scholarship: 200 euros or 4100 pesos. Includes conference, workshop, hackathon, lunch and cocktail.
  • Standard fee with 20% scholarship: 320 euros or 6720 pesos. Includes conference, workshop, hackathon, lunch and cocktail.
  • Student fee: 25 euros or 500 Mexican pesos. Includes conference and workshop.
  • Student fee with 100% scholarship: No payment. Includes conference and workshop.
  • Student fee: 35 euros or 700 Mexican pesos. Includes conference, workshop and hackathon.

Hackathon information

  • If you are participating in the hackathon, you need to register for the FIWARE workshop as well.
  • The payment of a single fee allows two people to register for the FIWARE workshop and the hackathon only.
  • Hackathon teams can consist of up to 4 people.
